Insights IQ

For patients and caregivers

If you are in one of our programmes, here is how to reach us.

If your doctor has referred you to one of our programmes, a programme nurse will have called you. This page is for you and the people who care for you.

Reaching your nurse

Your nurse's number is on the card or message you received when you joined. If you cannot find it, call the programme line on +254 740 554 372, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 EAT. Say the name of your programme and your patient number if you have it. Outside those hours, leave a message and we will call you back the next working morning.

If you are unwell, contact your treating hospital or go to the nearest emergency department first. The programme supports your treatment; it does not replace your doctor.

What the programme does for you

  • Helps with the paperwork for your medicine, including insurance or the Social Health Authority (SHA).
  • Arranges for your medicine to be ready at the partner pharmacy.
  • Calls you regularly about side effects, refills and appointments.
  • Offers counselling for you and your family, and tells your doctor if something changes.

The programme's services are free to you. Nobody from InsightsIQ will ever ask you for money.

Your information

InsightsIQ Solutions Ltd is responsible for the information you give the programme. We use it to run your support, to keep you safe and, in a form that does not identify you, to report how the programme is performing. We share only what is needed with your treating team, the partner pharmacy and the medicine's manufacturer for safety reporting.

You can ask to see or correct your information, ask for it to be deleted where the law allows (some safety records must be kept), or leave the programme at any time, by writing to support.tumaini@insightsiq.co. Leaving never affects your medical care. See also your rights.

Not yet in a programme?

You join a programme through your treating doctor. If you are struggling to start or continue a medicine, ask your doctor whether a support programme exists for it. We cannot enrol patients directly.
